Claiming your free MyCommunity reward

 

If you've completed a MyCommunity paper survey and posted it back to us, you may have been offered a free reward. Claiming your reward couldn't be simpler. Here's how:

 

1. Go to MyCommunity.net and click ‘login’ in the top right corner of the screen
    

2. At the login screen, scroll down to ‘Don’t have an account?’ and click ‘Sign up here’
    

3. This is where you’ll enter your postcode, password and email, which you can use to log into MyCommunity.net in the future. Click ‘Sign up’ to complete the process.
    

4. Once you’ve clicked ‘Sign up’, we’ll automatically send you a confirmation email. Please open this email and click the confirmation link it contains.
    

5. You’re now registered with MyCommunity.net. To choose your reward, navigate to the reward page we directed you to in your first email from MyCommunity.net and select ‘Take our survey’. If you’re asked to sign in again, please enter the email address and password you entered at stage 3, above.
    

6. We’ll then email you your reward voucher – enjoy!
